Service recommendations and estimates are based on the information available before work begins. Final pricing and timing may change after an in-person inspection reveals additional contamination, damage, material condition, or requested work. We will request approval before materially expanding the agreed service.

You must disclose known damage, sensitive aftermarket parts, recent paintwork, electrical issues, and other conditions that may affect safe service. Remove valuables and provide lawful access to the vehicle. AutoWorks is not responsible for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions.

Payment is due according to the approved estimate and no later than vehicle delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deposits may be required for coatings, film, wraps, or reserved installation time. Cancellation and rescheduling fees may apply when notice is too short to refill the appointment.

Results depend on age, use, prior repairs, material condition, and maintenance. Some defects cannot be safely removed. You are responsible for following aftercare instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Please contact us promptly so we can inspect and address a concern. These terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
